Grand Mosque
History & Establishment
Haji Laloh Rezaei Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Muttrah, established in 1973 as a beacon of worship, knowledge, and spiritual tranquility. Strategically located near the Muttrah public square, the mosque hosts Friday prayers in a deeply spiritual atmosphere. It accommodates approximately 800 worshippers and includes a dedicated women’s prayer area and a public library that supports religious and cultural learning. The mosque continues to develop its facilities and is preparing to establish a Quran memorization school, reinforcing its mission to serve the community and promote Islamic values.
